Overall, my experience did not feel like a hotel but more like a hostel. 1. The quality and quantity of the food was poor aswell as the presentation. Some food i could not eat. 2. The owner Leslie was rude and does not like to be questioned. Every interaction I had with her was unpleasant. 3. On departure, my memory foam pillow mysteriously disappeared during the time i left the hotel to go skiing and the the time i got back. Leslie ensured me she cleaned my room and did not find my pillow and started to get aggressive when i questioned her about it further. Apart from Leslie and the chef, everyone else there was nice and the instructors that were in the hotel were pleasant and warm.

My friend and I checked out today after a superb stay! Lesley and Mauro made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to make the stay as smooth as possible. We had a lovely breakfast each morning and our beds were really comfy! Great coffee in the morning too! The room and bathroom were good sizes, and plenty of storage. The hotel was spotless and nice and cosy (heating very easy to control which isn’t always a given!) a short 4 min walk to the nearest chairlift and the piste down to it was in better nick than to the main village. It’s a 10/15 minute walk from the hotel up to the main village and it’s a gorgeous walk! My friend and I stayed out for a couple late nights and it’s a perfectly safe walk down even after a few Aperol.

Sono stata in vacanza con il mio fidanzato presso l’hotel des amis che condivide i proprietari con lo chalet Allemand. La stanza era molto carina con interni in legno, ben arredata di nuova fattura. Pulizia ottima e con un balcone anch’esso in legno, ideale dopo le giornate di sci. Colazione inclusa con tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Lesley, è una persona squisita e super disponibile ad aiutarci in ogni nostra esigenza. L’hotel è ben collegato alle piste tramite una navetta gestita dal comune di Sauze. Il centro del paese dista 10min su un tratto di strada in salita, peró facilmente raggiungibile! L’altra comodità è la presenza di un noleggio e negozio di sci esattamente di fianco all’hotel. In conclusione abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Nous avions réservé une nuit, nous avons dû patienter une demie heure avant d'être reçus, la chambre n'était pas prête. Nous avions réservé et payé en ligne, le monsieur nous a dit que ce n'était pas débité de ce fait nous lui avons fait un paiement sur place. Le lendemain il nous dit qu'il s'est trompé et qu'il va nous rembourser. Presque trois mois plus tard aucun remboursement !!! Il n'arrête pas de me dire que sa banque a fait un virement et que c'ést ma banque qui est en faute, je lui ai envoyé les relevés bancaires pour preuve mais rien n'y fait il ne me rembourse pas, je lui ai demandé de me faire un PayPal et il ne fait rien. Je considère cela comme malhonnête et du VOL. Je vous déconseille absolument de payer sur place
