Great place to stay with Andrea who went out of his way to help with restaurant recommendation- booking them for us and his taxi service. The room was spacious and clean , maybe a little too hot at night for me. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would go back again. 7 minute walk to the lift .

We had such an amazing time here! Beautifully cosy apartments that are very conveniently located, and an awesome owner. Andrea was super helpful and our stay in Sauze was made even better because of him. Thank you Andrea! We’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we booked Andrea the host went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and on arrival he made sure that everything was ok, from boot storage, ski hire and even ferrying us to town in the evening. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and pretty well equipped. Jouvenceaux is a pretty little village with a couple of great restaurants and Sauze is just up the hill with plenty going on. We had a brilliant week and would recommend Casa Vacanza.

Nice apartments in the beautiful little village of Jouvenceaux. Andrea was a great host. He gave us top advice and even booked restaurants for us in Sauze. One slight downside is the distance from Sauze. Not really walkable, but Andrea picked us up on numerous occasions for €15 even in the early hours! There is a ski hire shop opposite and the nearest chair lift is a 10 minute walk through the village. The local Bar made a good stop for a drink or breakfast.

This small apartment hotel is perfect situated a few minutes from Sauze d Oulx in a beautiful area with a great view over the mountains. The ski lift and slopes are right “around the corner”. The beautiful building has 8-10 apartments and the owner/manager is a true service minded and helpful person that does everything to make his guests feel welcome. The building was easy to reach, comfortable with parking right outside and a room next to the entrance for ski equipment. We found the apartment very clean and cozy with a nice view from the windows. The only thing to wish for was the bed, pillows and quilt that could have been softer. We could recommend Case Vacanza Perron to anyone who visit the area.

Very nice location, close to the ski slopes. The appartment is nice, comfortable and clean. Andrea is a wanderful host! It was our second time at the Case Vacanza Perron, each time for a couple of weeks, and... each time we had a great holiday!!! Thanks Andrea!

We had a fabulous stay, located in a lovely 16th Century village. The accom is lovely, rooms to the ski slopes. Andreas & Alesa made my stay amazing. I am returning in the summer to mountain bike 🚵♀️ Thank you Andreas……………………………………………………………….

Eccezionale! E il quarto anno che passiamo le nostre 2 settimane di vacanza alle Case Vacanza Perron e siamo stati benissimo come sempre!! Andrea è fantastico, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Gli appartamenti sono belli e comodi, la struttura molto accogliente. Location perfetta: le piste sono vicine, si raggiungono facilmente a piedi, attraversando l'incantevole borgo di Jouvenceaux. In pochi minuti di auto, si raggiungono altri impianti di risalita e altre stazioni di sci molto belle, il paese di Sauze D'Oulx, ristoranti, bar, negozi... Tutto perfetto... Grazie Andrea!!!
