L’Hotel è stato acquisito da poco da Ostello Bello e devo dire che hanno dato un aspetto molto giovanile e fresco a questo posto. I servizi che offrono sono davvero ottimi se si viaggia con bambini. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con una bambina di 7 mesi e ci siamo trovati comodissimi ad avere una cucina a disposizione h24 e molti prodotti offerti (acqua e caffè free ad esempio). La differenza la fa il personale. Tutti ragazzi giovani sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro e il mare. Consigliatissimo!

Stayed as part of a 7 day touring holiday visiting the French and Italian Riviera. The staff were amazing. Always cheerful and went the extra mile to be helpful. The Manager Enrico personally welcomed everyone and Angela and Mozart also deserve a special mention. The rooms do vary a lot in size and shape but very clean and comfortable and the maid service was excellent. The hotel has clearly listened to feedback and now has tea and coffee making in the rooms. The location is in the town and somewhat noisy but a short walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The food was good. A great variety for breakfast and an evening menu of Italian dishes starting with a buffet antipasti. Great to see fresh fish although it was often over cooked and dry. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Per me e la mia famiglia l'hotel Floren z è da anni un punto fisso per i nostri soggiorni a Finale Ligure. Non ho trovato per nulla giustificate le recensioni negative. Le camere sono datate ma sempre ben pulite, le zone comuni sono ampie e arredate con gusto, la piscina curata quotidianamente, la cena è a buffet, il menù non è mai lo stesso i piatti sono ricercati e si può mangiare quanto si vuole. La colazione sia dolce che salata è ricca e soddisfacente. Il personale tutto lavora bene insieme (e questo si percepisce) per accogliere al meglio. Al confort delle camere ho dato tre stelle per l'assenza dell'aria condizionata e per la presenza di poche prese elettriche, ma i materassi sono comodi, le stanze sono silenziose e hanno la vista aperta. Il nostro bagno era ceco con doccia e bidet. Grazie e alla prossima
