Mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, geothermal heat, wireless broadband. Yard has permanent soapstone barbecue grill, separate gas-fired grill, sand box and garden swing seat. Sandy yard, mixed forest. Ideal for those keen on fishing, lake has clear water and good fish stocks.
This owner has also other rental cottages (4739, 4740, 4741 ja 4742). Children’s play area (shared by all rental cottages) has sand box, child’s swing, playhouse, badminton net, table tennis, basketball hoop, volley ball net and sanded area, distance 800 m.
Owner rents out hot tub, snowmobile, snowshoes, skis, safari style ice skates, bicycles, 2-5 hp outboard motor.
