Wooden house 1940, renovated in 2000, kitchen, a bedroom with two beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with convertible bed, a small bathroom with tub and toilet, 2 entrances and exits, in the basement washing machine and freezer.
Lakeside sauna 1972, surface renovation 2004, 30 m², sauna, washing room with cauldron (no shower in the lakeside sauna), living room with fireplace, running cold water, terrace.
Woodshed, outside toilet, storage. The house is located on a old garrison area, so the neighbors (5 houses, permanent residents in 3 houses) is just next door. Each has its own courtyard, beach, pier and lakeside sauna. Beautiful and tranquil courtyard area of 3700 m² with lawn, pine trees, plants, bushes.
Rooms are spacious and high, in every room old fashioned "oven fireplace", a total of 4 pieces. In the kitchen there is a wood burning stove. House is in good condition, nicely decorated.
Wonderful long sandy beach, great for small children. The beach has benches and table, as well as brick-built barbecue.
A neighbor's path goes on the plot border to the beach, but it is used very little.
Good fishing waters;perch, pike, whitefish, trout. Owner rents fishing equipment.
