The facilities at the hotel are top-notch! The pool area is a beautiful oasis – a perfect place to relax. I also enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped for a good workout. But the real highlight for me was the spa. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the environment was serene, providing the perfect escape after a busy day. Dining at Shangri-La Surabaya was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all prepared to perfection. Each meal was a treat for the taste buds, with attentive staff making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also convenient, close to major attractions and shopping centers, making it easy to explore Surabaya. However, the hotel itself is so luxurious that you may not even want to leave! Overall, my stay at Shangri-La Surabaya was exceptional. When I got here the wifi was off and the water in the bathroom was stagnant because the water pipe was clogged and dirty and had to be opened before the water could flow, the service was better The security guards here are friendly

Close to the Independence Monument, the surrounding roads are generally road conditions, service attitude is general, hotel hygiene is also general, the only advantage is cheap and independent rooms

Value for your money which is really affordable… The foods are simply delicious and affordable… The place is located in a strategic area and many stalls are available until 3 am… Highly recommended for those who have budget concerns…
