Great service great people. Hotel is located very close to Ranthambore Park. Hotel is well maintained with no lack of attention. The front desk people, like Manmeet (Kor?) are very helpful. The food was so very tasty and food service also as expected.

Amazing place , food, and hospitality.. must visit and don’t miss Ranthambhore safari, laal maas , bajra roti ..love the rooms spacious , clean and activities to do like spa gym badminton.. dinner time folk music is the highlight .. perfect mix of royal and contemporary lifestyle

Incredible property and ambience. The service here is impeccable and extremely attentive. The staff are there to attend to all your needs and questions, sometimes before you have to even ask. Deepak, Yuvraj, Babulal, and Praveen treated us really well during our stay, and made sure to make us feel like the top priority. Finally, the variety and quality of food available at the hotel was amazing.

The recently went with my wife and kid to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. Let by Mr Ajay Singh, the team created one of the most exclusive Dining experience (which they term as Bush Dining ). We had an exclusive staff who took great care of us and also told about the heritage of the place.

We visited this property from November 11th, ’24 – November 14th, ’24. Our package cost was Rs. 85,000 for 3 nights which included breakfast. This rate is very steep given the experiences we had. This hotel has a historic significance as it was originally the hunting lodge for the royalty and marquee people like the Queen Elizabeth & Prince Philip visited this lodge. Overall Hospitality This property is a SeleQtions Hotel by the Taj group. We seriously felt that the ‘Taj touch’ was missing in a big way. We never felt that warmth. The reception staff was strictly ‘ok’ and never bothered much about us. The only person who made our stay memorable was Mr. Rajendra Singh who oversees the food and catering. His warmth was unmatched and we have never seen such a hospitality from an individual. He went way beyond his scope of duty to make sure we had a truly delightful food experience. What a wonderful person he is! If you stay at this property, he is the person you should contact and lookout for. We would like to mention Mr. Deepak in the food and catering department who looked after us well the day we reached. Also, Mr. Praveen who entertained us with his strong knowledge of the wildlife. Rooms & Bathrooms Rooms were clean but not as they should be considering the per night cost we were paying. Bathrooms were clean but looked a bit worn down. Also, iron was missing in the room which should be provided. There was nothing in the mini bar as well. Family areas and amenities The property is quite spacious and the common areas are well maintained which we enjoyed. The swimming pool is not heated which we strongly felt should be. Children kept busy themselves (Cycling, Cricket, Pool Table, Badminton, Table Tennis, and general playing area) at the property. The property is under renovation & will be renovated entirely in year or two. But the renovation did not bother us as the property is quite big.

Second time staying at this Taj Group hotel and looking forward to next visit. The hotel is only 2 miles from the entrance to Ranthambore National Park with its tigers. The hotel.... It is an old Maharajah hunting lodge from the 1930's that has been converted to a hotel. The building is lovely and the staff are fantastic. Main building has dining room (both indoor and outdoor area), bar area, terrace area and a pool table in a bar with old hunting trophies The bedrooms are in the grounds that extend over 14 acres. There is a mass of bird and bat life in the grounds, plus a swimming pool, and cycles if you do not want to walk back to your room! Food was great on both visits with the best being the breads straight out of the tandoor (help make you own if you want to join in...) The Tigers... We used Distant Frontiers in Delhi where Eapen Bene sorted everything (fourth time we have used them for India ground arrangements). Second time they have sorted jeep safaris and again we booked Subash Gautham as our guide - because he is BRILLIANT. Last time in 2018 we took 5 safaris drives (each lasts 3 hours) and we saw 7 tigers. This time in 2024 we booked 6 safaris and he found us 10 tigers a lovely hotel with a "safai" feel
