The Fern reputation is at stake. The rooms were huge but they were stinking, leakage issues & no proper service. Staff was friendly but were not helpful

For playing Holi this is right hotel to stay... Nice place to stay Rooms... Perfect Ambience......Meet Ms.Seema, Mr.Ajay, Mr.Satya Prakash and Mr.Bheem.... enjoy your stay. Best time to visit March to May

The resort's setup is stunning, with lush greenery and a natural feel despite being surrounded by a built-up area. Our room had a charming vintage look and was well-furnished. The showers were nicely designed with opaque glass, allowing plenty of natural light. The toilets were slightly higher than usual. Since we visited in winter, more heating solutions would have been appreciated. We stayed on the ground floor, so monkeys didn't disturb us in the early morning, but my friends on the first floor had a different experience. There was live pottery at the resort, which my daughter thoroughly enjoyed. The food was good, though breakfast set-up could have been more cleaner. Dirty cups were piled up around tea area, but fresh ones were provided promptly upon request. Fresh omelettes were cooked to order with requested spicies and type. They also gave us a cricket bat and ball for us to enjoy in the garden while we were waiting for Safari to pick us up, this was a great fun for the kids. Overall, there are minor issues that can be overlooked, and one can still enjoy the stay.

The hotel is at a great location, near to the railway station as well as the park. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Dilkhush and Mr. Preetam for prompt service always with a smile. They took special care for our Jain food requirements. The hotel also offered us safari booking and boarding pass printing facility. The food is very good too. Just a single complaint about charging for water bottles. Rest all is great.

It was an amazing experience, the staff here is very professional and our stay was very comfortable, we had a great time at safari and fort. The restaurant here was good, and Devi Shankar took good care of us. The swimming pool is a must visit, and there are outdoor sports like cricket and badminton.

Excellent stay. The staff was amazing. Saw many tigers at safari. Canter pickup and drop from hotel itself. Restaurant food is great, and staff is very friendly. Devi shankar was especially extra helpful. Overall stay at Fern with all its amenities was an amazing experience.

The Restaurant Fern's food and services are really good and you will really enjoy it. On 10 of June we saw the tiger with a closure experience. The services of shri Devishankar ji and Shri Preeti ji is really fantastic. They will treat you like ur family member.

Absolutely stunning property with top-notch service! A huge shoutout to Preetam, Dilkush, Ashok, Chef Gaurav, Manraj, and Devishankar for making our stay truly unforgettable. Amazing hospitality! Preetam Gujjar, Mr Gaurav, Ashok, Dilkush ji provided an exceptional service. Highly recommended. Very well maintained property. Whenever I’ll visit Ranthambore I will definitely stay at this property as it was all worth it
