No Hot water for washing or shower in the morning. The room was dirty with hair left in the bath. The bedroom linen was old and needs replacing.
Overall this was a very poor hotel with few redeeming features

Didn't realise pool for kids is from 3pm weekdays.
Got charged again after prepaid my room. Other than that it's a comfortable stay with spacious room and bed.
Free parking. Perfect temperature of the whirlpool and swimming pool.

Great hotel tucked away in the countryside within a reasonable distance to Stanstead- pool is good as is the new steam room - jacuzzi could he hotter
