This is a great hotel\resort. We have stayed multiple times, we just don't stay for more than one night. The hotel is made to enjoy the beautiful surroundings\nature. We really would like to spend more time enjoying the amenities, walking trails, hiking, etc. The breakfast was wonderful, the service was kind and efficient and the rooms were clean with views of the countryside. Beautiful place.

Waren mit den Schwiegereltern auf einem Besuch im Erzgebirge und zum Mittagessen eingekehrt. Ohne Reservierung problemlos einen Tisch für 4 Personen bekommen. Sehr schönes Ambiente gemütlich hochwertig perfekt. Sehr freundliche Bedienung essen grandios

Einfach ein klasse Hotel. Personal freundlich, alles ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was ich brauche. Das Restaurant hat in der Halbpension eher weniger erzgebirgstypische Speisen, auf der Karte aber schon. Würde das nächste mal eher keine Halbpension nehmen.

Mittagsstunde Auf unserem Ausflug ins Erzgebirge sind wir in die Kreuztanne eingekehrt was soll ich sagen schon die Rezeption lädt ein zum verweilen. Mega freundlich wir wurden ins Restaurant verwiesen da wir ja nur zu Mittag Speisen wollten alles super gedeckt . Ohne Reservierung 2 Plätze bekommen und vorzüglich und preislich mega gut gegessen. Dazu einen hervorragenden Wein getrunken. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Quel endroit fabuleux ! La nature sous l'épaisse couche de neige qui crisse sous les pas, la déco de Noël dans l'hôtel, la grande chambre et la salle de bains extrêmement confortables et propres avec une vue à se damner, le ballet des mésanges venant se nourrir, le petit déjeuner extra avec un choix fabuleux, un très bon dîner de gibier au restaurant et un personnel absolument adorable (mention spéciale pour le jeune homme de la réception) sans compter les petites attentions de saison (petite déco de Noël dans la chambre, chocolat et minuscules sapins en bois en cadeau). Ma seule critique : ne pas pouvoir éteindre le plafonnier depuis le lit. En bref, un lieu presque idyllique où j'aurais bien passé plus de deux nuits !

Uraltes renovierte Gebäude* Kein Begrüßung Geschenk * Kein tee aufs Zimmer* Chaotische Kellner: serviert 1x Suppe für 2 Personen. Ewig warten aufs Essen. Dieses lasst zu wünschen übrig. Horror- Licht im Bad geht automatisch an, sogar Nachts!!

Schönes Hotel, mit schöner Innenausstattung und in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage mitten im Erzgebirge. In Sachen Kulinarik sowie Gast-& Serviceorientierung kann das Hotel aber leider nicht mit anderen Hotels der Kategorie 4*s mithalten. Wir bekamen leider nur zwei der alten, nicht renovierten Zimmer, obwohl wir diese nicht gebucht hatten.

Top eingerichtete Gaststätte. Schon der Empfang super gestaltet. Die Tische im Gastraum schön gestaltet und jeder separat untergebracht. Das Essen schmackhaft und gut zubereitet. Das Gesamtpaket top. Zuvorkommen die Bedienung bzw. das gesamte Personal.
