The room is bright and spacious. But the cleanliness should have been done better than this,. There is also a small spider and some white wall painting dirts at the floor corner. It seems that they do not have a room prepared for the coming checked in guests. Others than that, the hotel is ok. The service is so so, not good or bad. But I don’t really feel a Thai hospitality in the hotel, may be because very few Thai propel working there, only in the spa.

One of the nicest family resorts we have ever stayed at, and we hope to return. Our family of (2) adults and (1) 4 y/o stayed in a deluxe room in February while visiting friends assigned in Muscat. We opted for an overnight trip and dusitD2 Naseem Resort delivered. The deluxe rooms are in a 4-plex unit, 2-upper and 2-lower, all within a 7-10 minute walk of the main resort grounds: pool, restaurants, lobby and kid's zone (inside space). Our room was well appointed and as western travelers we felt more than comfortable in this space with a spacious terrace to sit outside and take in the mountains. The breakfast rate with room is well worth it, we had our dinner and breakfast both in the same space and it was amazing. I want to recognize the wait staff from both meals, Sonali and Saho for their incredible patience and kindness with our small daughter, and great service. The Arab Grill special, you will not be disappointed in either. The grounds are beautifully kept, pool (and pool attendants) are first class and we loved how comfortable a family or couple could be in these spaces. If you find yourself in Muscat, this was approximately a 2-hour drive and completely worth an overnight experience. The only recommendation I would make for this resort is the grouping of large youth or school groups in lodging. There are clearly school or youth groups who use the ropes course for team building and stay overnight on the grounds. The room directly adjacent to us easily had 10-15 teenagers running around at bedtime, and it was a slight distraction from an otherwise peaceful stay. That said, this was an amazing stay and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommend and would happily stay for an extended weekend next time.

Amazing view from my room! Nice room as well, big space and clean. Thank you to all of the staff who look after us during our stay! This was my second time to visit the hotel and it was good to be back again! The weather was bearable compared to our last visit last year Jan 2024.
