The morning shift receptionists are friendly and helpful while the night shift receptionist is absolutely horrible. He asked for our passport for check in while I was in the middle of parking in car. Solo dormimos una noche, y nos tuvimos que levantar muy rápido 5:00 para ir al aeropuerto de Bergamo. Por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno pero nos indicaron que podíamos tomar café y agua si queríamos en el comedor. Nos llamaron por teléfono, en castellano, muy amables. "B ＆ B, perfect for Bergamo sightseeing! We visited Bergamo from Japan and stayed in Bambam for one night. From Bergamo station to Bambam, we arrived in about 15 minutes by bus and 5 minutes on foot in total about 20 minutes. Arrived smoothly without hesitation and nothing was wrong. When I arrived, the kind owner welcomed me and made warm tea. I was tired, so I was very grateful to sit slowly.
