This hotel is amazing. Very clean and up-to-date. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly, welcoming, polite and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with a massive king size bed, the pillows and mattress are so soft and comfy, this was the best and comfiest mattress I have ever slept on. The room had a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower over the bath. There was a kettle with teabags, coffee, milk and sugar supplied. TV on wall. 2x comfy chairs placed in the large bay window allowing you to sit back and relax and look at the amazing sea views. The hotel is staffed 24/7, bar facilities 24/7. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Very highly recommended, I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very friendly staff on arrival, a fantastic room with one of the best views I have ever had .we tried the on site restaurant which was again very very good . All round great stay , we have already booked to visit again . Thanks for the great stay ..

Room was clean and bed comfortable, Nice clean reception area,and lovely staff. Entertainment added bonus and reasonable bar prices. Didn't have food so cannot say. A waste bin in the room would be an improvement and non slip bath mat on shower floor as it got slippy when soap was draining. Will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend as a place to stay

Stayed in room 211, large spacious room with an amazing view. It is 2 flights of stairs up which is something to bear in mind when bringing your luggage up. Room was clean, had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Small travel size shower wash and shampoo. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom on arrival, but this went after running the taps and flushing the toilet. All staff we encountered, were friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel for the price.

A lovely weekend in Scarborough the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room, which was dated but spotless, was huge, the sea views were amazing and as a bonus, we were watching dolphins playing in the bay from our room. A really good, nice, friendly place to stay. We'll be back.

On arrival we were made very welcome by friendly receptionist/ bar person , who continued to be welcoming throughout our stay . The room was very large and clean , with a great sea view , very happy . Best nights sleep I've had in an hotel . 15 minutes walk to town centre but we prefer the scenic route along the sea front . Close to the open air theatre and peasholm park . Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning.

We had the Sunday lunch sharing board. Lovely vegetables and the best gravy I’ve ever had. Good Yorkshire puddings. The restaurant has amazing views. Didn’t have room for pudding! Service was great. A good place for families, would recommend.

Seagulls literally knocked on the upper floor windows all day and all night long, as if they were previously being fed through the window. Huge bathroom window had plain glass which was overlooked by residents in the opposite street! Bottom sheet was clearly from a single bed as it didn’t even cover the sides of the double bed.
