Not far from the North Station, the traffic is more convenient. The room is very large, the party can be opened, and all the facilities are brand new. Not just a little mess around, there is some distance from the scenic area.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I spent a total of six nights at the Condo Gardens Brussels, in three different rooms. All of them were clean and I didn't see any mold. I dealt with only one receptionist and she was very pleasant, very helpful, and spoke English very well. The only drawbacks are that the check-in time is 4:00 PM and that the place is not downtown but about a 30-minute walk from the Grand Place. But it's on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, and is a short walk from the North Train Station if you use the back exit.
