Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning.
U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room.
To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary.
I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before 2pm and surprisingly they still have staff there, ( as they claimed they will only have staff there before 2pm) . If not I don’t know how I can check in. ( I already called them to sent me but they still sent to wrong email address and the tel provided by ******* is wrong. )
So please consider if u want a digital hotel which only digitized on their hotel key but not other service.
