If you sleep here, you choose to sleep in a castle. Very classy and elegant hotel that breathes out a grand atmosphere. The building is of course old but my room was comfortable although rather small. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and the food didn’t disappoint. The location is very peaceful and very convenient, only a couple of minutes from the motorway.

We stayed here with 11 people twice as a stopover on the way to/from Austria. We could have stayed a week. The building is beautiful and renovated. New bathrooms, not big but adequate. Very quiet, earplugs were provided on the bedside table. I wasn't sure why. We had half board. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Additional requests were also implemented immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice area with a park where it wasn't boring for the grandchildren either. Unfortunately, there was no time for the wider area.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Schloss Burgellern und hier war alles perfekt - nettes Team, schönes Zimmer und vor allem sehr gutes Essen. :-) Wir hatten ein Paket mit Halbpension gebucht und an einem Tag auch ein 7-Gang-Menü "Dinner for two" - und das war wirklich ein Erlebnis. :-) Eine sehr gelungene kurze Auszeit!

Das Hotel ist einfach fantastisch uns absolut gästeorientiert. Frühstück bis 11 Uhr, Zimmerreinigung nach Bedarf und vieles mehr. Schwimmteich und Wellnesbereich sind sensationell. Tolles Frühstück und bei HP tolle Menüs. Unser Zimmer war toll eingerichtet und sehr groß.

Wir haben eine Woche Ferien im Schloss in einer Junior Suite verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Restaurant hervorragend und die Atmosphäre in den Zimmern und dem herrlichen Park wunderbar und man fährt gleich nach der Ankunft komplett runter und geniesst den Aufenthalt vom ersten Moment in vollen Zügen. Die Schlossterasse bietet im Sommer einen herrlichen Blick in den Park, von dem man auch die Kinder jederzeit im Blick hat, während sie die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Toben nutzen können. Im Sommer steht zudem ein Naturbadebecken zur Verfügung, dass wir an heissen Tagen gerne zur Abkühlung nach einer Wanderung oder Stadtbesichtigung genutzt haben. Dies ist auch der ideale Ort der Ruhe und Erholung nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Thomas und Luzia aus der Schweiz

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Hotel Schloss Burgellern und haben hier drei Nächte verbracht. Der Service im Hotel und im dazu gehörigen Restaurant ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles strahlt eine feine, fast historische Atmosphäre aus. Das ehemalige Schloss wurde wunderbar restauriert. Einziges Manko: kein Aufzug. Das Restaurant bietet eine hervorragende Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken an, die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung ist überaus freundlich, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der fränkischen Schweiz sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Zu den Wellnesseinrichtungen können wir nichts sagen, da wir diese nicht genutzt haben.

Insgesamt ist das Schloss Burgellern ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung, an dem man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Schönheit der Natur genießen kann. Der Spa-Bereich ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp für alle, die Entspannung suchen. Die individuell eingerichteten Zimmer mit antiken italienischen Möbeln und modernen Annehmlichkeiten laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Speisen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sind überragend - eine Symphonie aus regionalen Zutaten und kreativer Zubereitung, die selbst die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen verzückt. Frühstück kann ich auch empfehlen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
