I arrived at 2:30 am and the shuttle bus worked fine. I had a great night sleep. Unfortunately I had to get up at 8:30 am to have breakfast as it closes at 9:00 am during the week. Breakfast was standard.
I would definetely stay again.

The room was quite spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but the room cleaning service was thorough. The shuttle bus can be booked one day in advance, either to the airport or the nearby metro blue line station. Breakfast was a basic American buffet, with bread, eggs, sausages, cereal, milk, coffee, yogurt, and fruit.

Do not stay here! They have BEDBUGS!!!! We checked in, and checked our rooms as we always do, and the room had bedbugs! We left immediately and spoke to the Very Rude night clerk at the desk who pretended to be shocked and I asked if they actually knew and he said "The weather is getting warmer and that brings out all sorts of things we cant really control!" We told the worker Al he said his name was, to come ip and see for himself and he refused and confiscated our room keys. They offered us another room which was a Big No Thank you, They absolutely Refused to refund us for our 2 nights stay which we Did not even stay 5 mins!!!!! We showed him the bugs on paper towel and he tried to grab it and toss it out before I could get a photo but I did.

Environment: The exterior looks unremarkable, and it's not clear where the entrance is. However, once inside, the facilities are quite well-maintained. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel for $20 a night.
Cleanliness: If you don't request otherwise, housekeeping is done every three days and is very thorough.
Service: The front desk staff are generally very friendly. Check-in was quick, and all fees were disclosed upfront. The credit card deposit was refunded within two business days.

Aside from its proximity to the exhibition center, the shuttle service, and the friendly staff, everything else about this hotel was terrible. The facilities are old and run down, the sofa was practically falling apart. Staying on the second floor meant we could hear the elevator rumbling up and down all night, making it impossible to sleep.

The hotel was under construction, the uno pizzeria had no AC ! The lobby was smelly, although the hotel was smoke free ! Very dirty hotel in general! The rooms were also very old with leaking water. The only decent part was the shuttle to the airport, apart from that it was just a bad stay
