Huib is a very very nice guy. He was very patient for any questiion my son asked.he even take my son downstairs to show him where the bus station is. Huib make our trip stay in Sheraton the best experience in our whole trip.

Extremely overpriced worn out hotel that has a great location. Breakfast was terrible, same as the staff. Better going to Hilton next time.

Perfect location, the room is clean and modern with nice airport view. However, there are several problems: Slow shower drain, some towels are missing sometimes, did not refill conditioner when it is used up, did not brush the toilet
