Just discovered I didn't submit this review at the time in September 19!. Our 11-day trip to Italy was organised round our 3 night stay in the Glacier Hotel, and it was in every way the high point. It was the end of September, but still spectacular without very much snow apart from the glacier itself. It's the highest hotel in Europe at 3200m so we stopped 2 nights in Maso Corto at about 2000m. to acclimatise. The room was of a decent size, with a comfortable couch, plenty of storage space, and of course, the view! As we were well before the main season only a few rooms were in occupation so choice at breakfast and dinner was quite limited but nevertheless very good. I particularly liked the lingonberry pancake. We did the short walks to the view point and to the mountain top, and the track down to the bottom of the chairlift, and enjoyed them, and then sitting outside in the sunshine. Considering the difficulties of the location, and the cable-car and parking being included, I thought the price quite reasonable - it will be more in the high season naturally. What made our stop particularly enjoyable was the friendly and helpful staff, in particular Tamara on reception, and Christoffer and Zeinab in the restaurant. Thanks to all of you!

Booked 4 nights through Esselunga customer service with excellent value for money towards the end of the season at the end of March! To do absolutely hotel at high altitude on the glacier rooms with panoramic views top dinners and breakfasts all the very kind and professional staff! I can not wait to come back ! The height 3200 m. S.l.m gave me a little dizziness the first day! There is also a small spa with a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna! Optimal

We stayed at the Grawand hotel during the Sant'Ambrogio bridge, and we had a great time. Our room was spacious and overlooked a breathtaking view; the ski pass was included in the price of the stay, and from the hotel you could reach numerous slopes of varying difficulty, there really was something for everyone. Inside the hotel there is a small "wellness" area with a sauna, Turkish bath and chromotherapy, available to everyone: a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. In the evening you can dine at the restaurant which provides a single menu with appetizer, first course, second course and dessert: the dishes were simple, but very good. In the morning we had breakfast (all excellent) in the room which overlooked the mountains, really beautiful. Very kind and helpful staff. I advise!

You can't NOT go from Senales, beautiful day, fantastic temperature, return cost €28 but with good legs it's a beautiful excursion lasting just under 6 hours. Ok refuge restaurant with few but excellent dishes, honest prices and friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended

Appena tornati da questo splendido posto, location fantastica, servizio di altissima qualità, Viola, Antonio e Vali si prendono cura degli ospiti in maniera eccellente, sempre disponibili e altamente professionali. Le camere sono spaziose e pulitissime, bagno nuovo ma senza bidet. La SPA malgrado sia piccolina offre un'oasi di vero benessere con spazi pulitissimi, l'hotel mette a disposizione degli ospiti accappatoi e teli. La colazione è spettacolare, tra le tante cose a disposizione spremiagrumi con arance fresche, centrifuga con frutta e verdura a disposizione, macedonia di frutta fresca, scelta di dolce e salato. Migliorabile la cena, non in termini di qualità che è molto alta ma avremmo preferito avere un pò più di opzioni da scegliere e soprattutto un pò più di cucina tipica. Ancora un grazie al personale che anche se sottodimensionato ci ha coccolato per tutta la vacanza.

Grandi appassionati di sci, abbiamo trascorso due giorni al grawand hotel; splendido scenario glaciale con piste tenute come biliardi, dove abbiamo potuto divertirci in pieghe estreme. Positiv- der schöne Ausblick bei gutem Wetter, kostenlose Seilbahn 1 mal pro Tag, gutes Essen abends, Rezeption nett, Negativ- am Wochenende sehr laut, Sauna voll, schmutzig, sehr bescheidenes Frühstück jeden Morgen, Tiefgarage dunkel, nach 4 Tagen war das Fahrzeug sehr verstaubt
