I had some issues with drying my towel as there was no any heater in the room. No issues with hot water, the bed was a bit firm to me but thats okay. Breakfast is okay-ish (typical austrian / german, eggs , bread, butter and some cold cuts, yogurt and juice is also available). Coffee was great. Personnel is very friendly and helpful.
