We arrived 20 minutes after the check in ends at 22 pm and the door was locked, they didn’t answer the phone .. so we had to book another hotel room. We lost the money. So be careful .. the check in ends at 22 pm and if you have a problem and even if you anounce them, they can not help you but they take your money. They just say that they are not responsable for de traffic blockage so i don’t recomand this hotel at all. You better find a hotel that doesnt’t have an exact time for checking in…. Never again!!!!!

Very clean room, windows faced busy roadway but traffic was minimal overnight, no issues. We made last minute reservations, were welcomed warmly, and enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was one of the best on our trip, a huge spread of goodies. I chose Stefansbruecke because it was away from touristy centers and it was small, family-run. And the price was reasonable.

Worst experience ever! Very unfriendly staff and poor location. We came about an hour earlier as annuonced check-in at 16:00 and they didnt let us in and didnt even let us in reception room and use toilets, so we have to wait outside locked door. We knock as we saw staff throu the eindows but they didnt even answer on our knock amd calls.

We stayed for 3 nights on a recent visit to Innsbruck. Although on a bus route, best reached by car as the hotel is 7km from Innsbruck city centre. Free parking available for hotel guests. Check in very friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and spacious, with seperate private toilet and bathroom/shower. No mini-bar/fridge available and we took our own kettle for hot drinks as there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, like most Austrian hotels. Breakfast was continental buffet only, but a very high standard and plenty of choice. Highly recommended!

Accoglienza molto fredda, poca disponibilità e gentilezza da parte dei proprietari. Siamo arrivate di sera , trovando il posto lungo la strada, abbiamo chiesto se c'era posto. Dopo una lunga attesa ci hanno dato la stanza ad un prezzo assolutamente non giustificato. Abbiamo chiesto se si poteva mangiare qualcosa, bastava anche un panino, ma ci hanno risposto che la cucina era chiusa....stop. La camera, pulita ma niente di che (sempre considerato il prezzo!). La colazione sarebbe stata molto buona ma per tutto il tempo abbiamo avuto il fiato sul collo da parte dei proprietari, fermi in piedi a guardare cosa mangiavamo...un po' inquietante. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto chiedere la fattura altrimenti non c'è le dava ...

ATTENZIONE LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE PRIMA DI PRENOTARE La struttura e’ posta lontano dal paese senza nessun servizio. Entrando sembra che la struttura sia in chiusura perche’ il proprietario e la moglie erano vestiti da CASA e c’era un forte odore di MUFFA. Il ristorante alle 21 non aveva nessuna persona e le camere erano quasi tutte VUOTE. Sono entrata e il proprietario si e’ presentato con barba lunga, capelli arruffati, sguardo nel vuoto e vestito da casa. Ho chiesto di poter pagare subito perche’ sarei partita presto la mattina. Ho pagato con carta di credito e il proprietario e’ stato sollecitato piu’ volte per farmi la RICEVUTA, perche’ NON la voleva fare. Mi ha dato la chiave della camera che era in un’altra struttura, attraverso una stretta e ripida scala. Sono andata a vedere la camera posta sulla strada principale (molto RUMOROSA) che era talmente PICCOLA che l’armadio, diviso a meta’, era stato inserito sulla testata del letto al posto dei due comodini. Sono scesa per sistemare i cani per la notte nel furgone posto all’ESTERNO DELLA STRUTTURA e appositamente attrezzato e il proprietario mi e’ piombato addosso strappandomi la chiave della camera di mano. Ho chiesto spiegazioni, ma la moglie e il proprietario mi hanno cacciato in malo modo. Visto il comportamento e l’aspetto del proprietario che non dava l’impressione di ESSERE EQUILIBRATO ho deciso di evitare lo scontro e sono andata via. NATURALMENTE IL PROPRIETARIO NON HA VOLUTO RENDERE QUATO PAGATO CONFERMANDO TUTTO QUANTO SOPRA ESPOSTO. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

hotel es sencillo y precioso. Las vistas son excepcionales desde la habitación. El buffet exquisito con varios pasteles y bizcochos, panes diferentes, entrantes salados, huevos, tostadora, fiambre, tomates, mermeladas, zumos... El restaurante precioso con ventanales desde los que entra el valle y la montaña y los asientos comodísimos y preciosos en terciopelo azul. Las habitaciones también gozan de estos ventanales. Es mejor aquí que en Innsbruck, no hay un ruido y si te gusta el tirol es mucho mejor para disfrutarlo que en Innsbruck que no deja de ser ciudad. Fue un gran acierto. Tiene una pista que lleva agradablemente a una aldea, rodeado de picos montañosos asombrosos. La habitación muy espaciosa, limpia y cuidada, con dos espacios separados a modo de apartamento. El baño separado. Las puertas no hacen el menor ruido. Las camas de gran calidad, el sueño de gran calidad. Lo malo que no tiene una nevera. Las zonas comunes no tienen grandes adornos pero su sencillez es muy acogedora. A Innsbruck se llega enseguida y es facilísimo. Tiene WiFi. El personal muy amable y servicial. Cenamos una noche y la cena muy rica, aunque solo había platos de pasta. Para nosotros fue caro pero es que todo es carísimo en la zona.Má

Siamo stati in questa gasthof per una notte nel viaggio verso Vienna. La struttura è curata ed accogliente. La camera spaziosa e pulita. Purtroppo manca l’ascensore e se avete parecchi bagagli e siete al secondo piano come noi è decisamente scomodo. Altra nota negativa dal mio punto di vista e il check in non prima delle 16. Colazione buona ma limitata.
