The extensive sandy beach is about 300 m from the apartment. The apartment is modern, friendly and bright. The equipment includes a well-equipped new fitted kitchen, a new very comfortable functional couch that can easily be converted into a 2nd Can convert bed, a new box spring bed 180 x 200, a modern new bathroom with shower. The apartment is at ground level with direct access from its own parking space and is integrated in a residential complex with 19 apartments.
