Ich möchte diese Gelegenheit nutzen um Danke zu sagen für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Mitarbeiter sind vom Ersten Kontakt am Telefon bis zur Abreise sehr freundlich, Kundenorientiert und bemüht dem Kunden einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Selbst eine Parkplatzreservierung wir ohne wenn und aber umgesetzt. Vielen Dank ich komme gerne wieder.

Kurz entschlossen mal eine Woche nach Schwarzenberg in das Hotel Neustädter Hof! Die terminierte Renovierung der Sauna wurde allen Ernstes um einige Zeit verschoben, da wir gerne nach den Wanderungen einen Saunabesuch machen, was für ein Service! Und in diesem Stil ging es weiter: Ein extrem gut geführtes Haus, sehr sauber, mit gut eingerichteten Zimmern inkl. Wasserkocher, das Frühstück ließ es an nichts fehlen, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und gut ausgebildetes Personal im Restaurant Valentin, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wurde! Von uns aus eine 100-prozentigen Weiterempfehlung, gerne wieder!

Wir waren von Freitag bis Montag im Juli 2022 mit den "Bitridern" (39 Motorrädern) zu Gast im Neustädter Hof. Leider war das Wetter die ersten 2 Abende etwas frisch und so konnten wir den herrlichen Gastgarten nicht ganz so genießen. Dennoch war das BBQ am zweiten Abend richtig lecker! Auch das Menü am letzten Abend, sowie das Buffet am ersten Abend war sehr lecker. Für alle die gerne frühstücken bietet das Frühstücksbuffet eine tolle Auswahl, lediglich eine elektrische Saftpresse für den frisch gepreßten O-Saft oder Grapefruitsaft sollte im Budget drinnen sein, denn die händische Presse macht keinen Spaß und ist immer besetzt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist hier die Kaffeemaschine die keine Wünsche offen läßt! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf das Bächlein und den Gastgarten nach hinten. Alles super ordentlich und super sauber und eine gute Zimmergröße! Alles in allem hat sich unsere Motorradgruppe sehr wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Super Personal, super Essen, super Management! Von A bis Z gefällt mir alles. Es ist sehr schön und das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Restaurant ist auch mega, dass essen ist sehr lecker und vor allem den preis mehr als wert. Mir gefällt außerdem das Angebot der Sauna und des Fitnessraums/Rekax-balkon!
