Second guest (after a few years) hosted by a local company. Unfortunately with a disappointment. But at the reception you will be asked to rate it on this platform. We had to wait almost 3 hours for dinner, totally overwhelmed service and not enough staff (efficiency can be discussed, service is not without). Just until the order was taken, 1 hour had passed and 8 p.m., the main course came at 10 p.m. Burger was then ok so far, although this no longer plays a role. When moving into the room, the hand and bath towels were missing in the bathroom, which was reported at the reception. At least there was a towel on (later) return to the room. I'm used to at least a second, slightly larger bath towel for a advertised 4-star hotel, which doesn't seem to be asking too much next to the towel for drying off. The staff made an effort, you don't know where the bottlenecks come from and I don't want to blame the staff for everything. Rooms were clean and ok, but the size was at the lowest limit. Too bad, would certainly be a house with potential, but this is not fulfilled.
