Stay in numerous hotels regularly. Was forced to book this place as my train was delayed by two hours and missed my connection taxi to the Alps. Had to email hotel and phone numerous times to arrange for keys to be left to gain access. Eventually got some sense out of Booking. Com Was treated in a hostile manner throughout my stay, especially by one woman who chased me through the bar area whilst I had just come down for breakfast, demanding payment for my room even though I had furnished my credit card details with Booking. Com. This was in the the presence of other guests causing me immense embarrassment indeed. I was very upset about this all day and it spoilt my holiday. On reflection, I could only assume that it was because of my ethnic appearance despite being British. On checking out and despite my asking for help the same lady ignored my requests for assistance obtaining a Taxi as my command of the French language is limited. I was forced to carry all my luggage as a senior person 3 KM to the Cluse Railway Station. I do not recommend this place as all the staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly , rude and discourteous. The hotel is in a remote part of town with nowhere to go to eat worthy of note. Very disappointed and aggrieved about this.
