Dairy Barns

We had a lovely weekend here despite yellow warning weather. The host was really welcoming and accomodating. The room was spacious and lots of lovely touches for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of choice for breakfast , which was really tasty.

Had our wedding ceremony here mid week Amazing place Hannah the owner was exceptional Food was amazing Wouldn’t change a thing The dairy barns is amazing exceptionally clean and as we hired all the rooms out we had the whole place to ourselves and so close to the beaches

We love Dairy Barns and this was our 4th stay - trying out 'The Cowshed' (special room). Like all the special rooms, it's huge, well decorated, comfy and well equipped. We enjoy the peaceful location close to good pubs, beautiful nature reserves, coast and The Broads. The hosts are always friendly, welcoming and helpful and the large generous breakfasts very tasty. Also appreciated are the extra touches of cake on arrival, fresh milk and dressing robes in the special rooms. Also, lovely to come back everyday to a refreshed and restocked room. We most definitely will be back.

Everything about Dairy Barns is absolutely fabulous. You would struggle to find anywhere better to stay. We are returning customers, & have now booked another stay for next week. The owners & staff will help you with anything & have a minefield of information about the areas to visit.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful three night stay and wished we had booked for longer! Hannah and her family have done an amazing job creating a warm and welcoming B&B. The rooms are spacious and modern while still maintaining a charming barn/farm feel, with beautiful wooden beams and thoughtful decor throughout. The breakfast barn is stunning and the attention to detail—from the crockery to the artwork—really stands out. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with every detail carefully considered. The entire place was spotless and the communal lounge was a lovely space to relax. The location was perfect—close to beautiful beaches, scenic walks and great places to eat. All the staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions. We loved our stay and are already hoping to return later this year. Highly recommend!

A stunning location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. A warm greeting on arrival from Hannah. Our suite room from spacious and comfortable with a light airy bathroom. The shower had an excellent water flow which is always welcome when away from home. Great variety of choice for breakfast and don’t leave with out trying the home made waffles. Certainly has to go down as the signature breakfast dish. The location provides a superb base for travelling to the beach (5 mins) and into Wroxham (15 mins) where you can take your river boat trips.
