I booked a room for 2/2/25, to get a good deal on a third party site, I chose the options that included no refund. When I hit confirm, I noticed the date had change to 2/3/25. I immediately called hotel to change date and even offered to book correct date through them, so they knew I was not canceling stay. They said If I cancel, I will be charged the full amount. When I went through app they said it’s up to hotel if they want to work with you to change dates. The hotel was contacted 3 more times and they still refused to change the date of stay or work with me at all. Very disappointing! Want others to know how they were not willing to work with customer to find solution.
