Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle)
Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed.
minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy.

Parking charges at hotel premises is very costly at USD61 per night including all relevant charges/taxes. There is a open space public carpark just next to the hotel costs only USD30 including charges/taxes. Nevertheless, hotel location is good and easily accessible by walking to many shops and places to eat. Importantly, hotel surrounding is safe.

I will say one thing that is not good about this hotel. That is that the price you pay on Trip .com is not enough. The receptionist charged me an additional $75 for the security fee. It should be included beforehand.

The location is good, very close to Pike Market. The front desk will provide extension service and drinking water every day. The bed in the room is also very big and comfortable. Although the hotel is relatively old, there are no problems~

The hotel location is good. The hotel room is clean. That's all. There is no microwave in the room. There is no water service. There is no water boiler. The staff usually don't even say hello when they see each other. They are doing construction in the lobby, so I had to check in on the 2nd floor, which was crazy. There are no drinking water or makeup sinks that are usually installed in the lobby. The elevator is only operated once per person, probably because of construction, so it's challenging to take a suitcase on it during check-in and check-out times.
