Everything is good. One thing is i would like to mention that i have mention ear check in and i have contacted over phone regarding my request they said ko problem madam come. We will provide you but they-trouble us for some after 7 or 9 am only we may allotted. Again we have requested them then they allotted rm for us. It's a very situation to me. The Hotel Is Good, Food is also good, but the person on the front desk refused to give a room at first saying that they haven't got any booking confirmation and talked to me rudely, after contacting the trip.com customer care they gave me a code and after that they gave me the keys thanks a lot to trip.com customer service

It's average & hidden in narrow lanes though close to secunderabad rely stn, no food is available & cleanliness is sub standard. Google map is not straight forward, needs to improve
