房間門不能反鎖，前台説不影響，有事給她打電話就行，然後凌晨4點還是幾點沒有氧氣了，我想問問店裡面有沒有，打死了都不接，早上六七點打還是不接，也不回一個電話。前面説那話的意義在哪，説話當**一樣，真的氣**。

入住體驗不錯，推薦！
這次住的酒店挺滿意的。前台辦理入住很快，態度也親切，還提醒了附近哪裡買東西方便。
房間很乾凈，床睡着舒服，晚上沒什麼噪音，睡得挺好。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品也齊全，不用自己帶。
整體來説，這個價格能住到這樣的，挺值的，下次來這邊還會考慮。

酒店還不錯，空間很大，衞生也很乾凈，裝修比較簡潔，旁邊就是色達客運站，距離金馬草原遊客集散中心也比較近，附近蠻多吃的，就是早上6-7點的時候會比較吵，可能是客運站那邊的聲音

衞生乾淨，床鋪整潔，還有一次性用具，挺好的，就是隔音有點差，住兩天都被同層樓的住客吵到，不過總體還好

房間寬敞，但是衞生間極小，乾濕分離 但是浴室太小 不到一個平米，親子房根本沒辦法跟孩子一起洗澡。淋雨冷熱指示貼反了，放半天水也不熱。床頭燈設計不合理，非常低，光碰頭。浴液洗髮水的瓶子內封根本撕不開，需要用牙膏後面的尖尖去捅，特別難弄。還有浴室鋪了個墊子，水根本不下去，都快成浴缸了，必須得揭掉，沒有暖風，八月份洗澡很冷。另外房屋是水泥牆面。隔音效果差，半夜被外面的客人吵醒，整體體驗感極差。老闆人倒挺好。
