There’s so many thing wrong with this hotel. From the cleanliness (sticky floor), spider web filled ceiling , water puddles on the floor near to the bathroom, faulty AC. The highlight would be the shower where pressure is low and temperature is closed to boiling! We had to skip shower because of that! Since we checked in closed to midnight and needed to check out early the next morning, we just compromise everything and brave through the night. Never coming back here again.

Please read all the bad reviews here. And I can say 99.9% is true. They gave us a wrong deluxe room. At 10pm, they called us to pay more or change room. It was their fault but we had to pack our luggage and moved to other room. No compensation was given. The room was spacious but cleanliness was out. There was anthill inside toilet. The room is not cold also true. The aircond was functioned well but I think the position was wrong.

The room was big and the service was good. The air conditioner didn't cool down after 6 hours of use. It was super hot. I didn't change the room even though I was asked to.

It’s really out of your mind that you booked this nightmare hotel. You should read everyone’s bad reviews! Four-star exterior decoration, one-star cleanliness and rooms. The sheets in the room were full of all kinds of marks, and most importantly, there were big bugs! ! ! I went to swat bugs and found that the inner core of the pillow was full of yellow spots. It was disgusting and a nightmare. I didn't dare to sleep all night! Stay up until dawn and leave quickly! ! ! ! With such hygienic conditions, I would not dare to eat the breakfast provided. One star is too much! !
