"Our flight was in the very early morning, so we primarily booked this hotel just to have a shower. The room had a window, but it couldn't be opened, leading to a slight stuffy smell. The facilities were quite old, and we had to borrow a hairdryer from the front desk. At this price point, one shouldn't have too many expectations. However, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a taxi in the early hours of the morning."

GGuest UserThe room was quite big, the breakfast was good, and the air conditioning effect was a little bit worse. There is a big snack street next to it, not far from Surabaya Airport, all in all, it is good.

HHoweweeThe room is generally clean. The hotel is relatively old. The front desk service is very good and can help with airport transfers. It is suitable for short-term stays. There is a mosque next to the hotel. They use loud speakers to pray at night, and the sound is a little loud. There is delicious fried chicken on the left when you go out. There is indomart opposite and delicious satay barbecue. The atmosphere around the hotel is very good

GGuest UserFor the location, it is close to the tourist market and dining, quite close to the airport. But the minus is that there is no mini soap/toothpaste, no tissues, no drinking water. The reason in the room is said that it saves plastic. Well, you can produce liquid soap that refills on the wall, and if you want to drink water, it can be provided in the gallon dispenser in front of the room, then visitors will press it by themselves. I have reduced plastic because I don't use a bottled drink. Emang may be the only hotel who really screams about the facilities, even though I returned to the comfort and rating of the hotel alone
