Good location, easy to move to different places - 15/20 min to the vortexem. Starbucks and domino walk distance. Great hot tub and great and available employee. Comfortable beds, towels very soft (like new). Easy to park - front of the room.

Worst mattress I ever slept on! No support at all...felt like I was sleeping on a "squishy marshmallow"! My back was sore for several days after staying at this "older motel room" (as if it had not changed since the 1950's). Perhaps the mattress was the same old age??

This small family run motel is a great option for short stay in Sedona. The room is clean and comfortable and the grab and go breakfast is a welcome, nice touch. The room is very quiet even though you are right on the main drag. Motel is in super-convenient location close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

5 stars all the way! Great value. Family-run property. Room was comfortable, clean, & quiet even with a sold out property. Although I didn't request it, I received daily housekeeping. It was appreciated! No protein for breakfast, but the snacks, coffee, tea, & juice were perfectly fine. Grocery stores, Starbucks, many restaurants all within walking distance. You're also close to all the popular hiking trails. Parking is free..

Excellent location and service. Clean bedroom and though they do need to invest in new mattresses the sleep was comfortable for 1 to 2 nights. Best part rooms come with a kitchenette and being so close to Whole Foods and across from Starbucks you will save a lot on groceries

Really recommend this place if you are staying in Sedona, good price and a nice stay! The staff / owner was really polite. Got a microwave and a fridge in the room. They have a nice pool and hot tub, the whole pool area was awesome. Loved this place!

A discount motel in Sedona with everything we needed and great service as well. Plus, we had to cut our trip short because I got Covid and the front desk was fair about reimbursement. Would recommend to all.

The front desk check in was lovely- they made sure we knew the hot tub was on and ready for us- and that they had heated up our room for our arrival- the room was clean- the beds were clean and comfortable- the bathroom is older but completely functional- and the carpets do need work- but you can tell they have done many updates to the room. I’d much rather give a family owned place my $ than the Hilton family so we will definitely be repeat customers
