Sehr gutes Hotel, der Punktabzug entsteht durch die inkonsequente Handhabung mit dem Rauchen auf der Frühstücksterrasse und den Balkonen. Auf der Terrasse durfte während des Frühstücks teilweise geraucht werden. So saßen Raucher und Nichtraucher trotz Nichtrauchertisch ca 1 m von einander entfernt. Ebenso war es nicht möglich bei offener Terassentür zu schlafen, da auf den Balkonen geraucht werden durfte. Dies war für Nichtraucher äußerst unangenehm. Das Hotel ist aus diesem Grund für Nichtraucher nicht zu empfehlen!

Wie jedes Jahr ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt als Stammgäste. Den Stammgäste Status muss man sich natürlich erurlauben und beinhaltet Flasche Wein, sowie Rabatt bei der Abrechnung. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, unter ihnen viele vertraute Gesichter. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen im Rahmen der HP sind sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn das Verhalten mancher Gäste im Restaurant ruppiger geworden ist. So drückt man mittlerweile bei kurzen Hosen zum Abendessen beide Augen zu. Hotel verfügt über einen Wellness-, Sauna- und Badebereich, wie ihn sich nur wenige Hotels leisten können bzw. wollen. Von uns wird dieser Bereich bei jedem Aufenthalt intensiv genutzt und die ein oder andere Massagebehandlung ist im Urlaubsbudget fest eingeplant. Die Suiten sind als Unterbringung sehr zu empfehlen, egal ob Straßen- oder Gartenseite. Die Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllen aber ihren Zweck. Das Sofa erinnert mich an mich selbst: alt und bequem... Um Kritikpunkte zu finden, muss man schon genau suchen: Wenn man am Pool liegt und Linde, Gerda und Elsa betrachtet, stellt man fest, die 3 Damen könnten etwas Kosmetik an der Fassade gebrauchen. Den Bestand an Eierbecher fürs Frühstücksbuffet könnte man aufstocken und an unserer Minibar war der Türgriff abgebrochen. Wer aber einen Kühlschrank ohne Griff nicht öffnen kann, hat sich eh kein Kaltgetränk verdient. In diesem Sinne, vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche (Wetter hat auch mitgespielt) und bis zum nächsten Jahr. Antje und Christian

Der Service der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Das Essen war vorzüglich, der Grillabend war sehr gut. Das Einzige als kleine Anmerkung, es fehlt die Klimaanlage.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in einer Gartensuite, gefällt uns immer wieder gut. Im Restaurant und an der Rezeption sehr aufmersames und freundliches Personal. Gute Lage im Ort und zum Strand. Haben das Hotel schon mehrfach empfohlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.

Ich war im Rahmen einer Gesundheitswoche organisiert durch meinen Arbeitgeber im HZP. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr höflich und immer bestens informiert und bei Bedarf hilfreich zur Stelle. Lage Zentral in Bansin, ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Ausstattung bestens. Einzig das WLAN war nicht sehr schnell und hat tw. nicht gut funktioniert.
