Wir hatten für 6 Tage das Zimmer 418. Leider gab es im Zimmer kein Wlan. Auf dem Balkon und auf dem Flur schon aber was nützt das. Wir sagten am ersten Tag an der Rezeption Bescheid. Leider wurde der Mangel bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen. Man kullert aus dem Bett raus wenn man nicht aufpasst. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen konnte sich sehen lassen. Der Wellnessbereich wurde zu unseren Gunsten, von den anderen Gästen nicht sonderlich genutzt obwohl er ganz nett ist. Alles im allem muss im Hotel das ein oder andere neu angeschafft werden.Die Möbel lassen den Gast wissen, dass sie schon mal bessere Zeiten erlebt haben. Lampenschirm auf Stehlampe war fleckig und eierte herum da er nicht festgeschraubt war. Es sind so kleine Nachlässigkeiten zu erkennen, die uns schon überlegen lassen ob wir nächstes mal woanders absteigen. Der Service beim Essen war gut und auch die Putzkolonne war immer fröhlich und gratulierten mir sogar zum Geburtstag mit einem Liedchen. Früher gab es eine Flasche Sekt zum Geburtstag, heute wird hier gespart. Ein freundlicher Geburtstagsgruß in Form einer Karte von der Hotelleitung. Das wars. Das habe ich schon in anderen Hotels besser und anders erlebt. Schade. Wir werden Usedom sicher wieder besuchen. Ob es das selbe Hotel sein wird, glaube ich nicht.

Wieder einmal Hotel Post. Service und Frühstück waren top, ebenso der Wellnessbereich.Das Angebot zum Abendessen wurde um den Kaltanteil leider reduziert.

Alles bestens……..sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich aufmerksames Team im Restaurant…….alles sehr sauber schöner Spabereich mit tollem Pool……..schöne Zimmer und das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage……ruhig und trotzdem zentral……..gab nix zu meckern…….gerne wieder…..

SO freundlich wurden wir sehr lange nicht in einem Hotel behandelt. Sehr gut! Von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung, rund um ein gutes Gefühl. Das Frühstück war Weltklasse und auch da war der Empfang hervorragend! Danke!
