I would advise against visiting this hotel complex, especially with children. Be prepared that the staff can kick you out if they don't like the way you are playing with your child in the children's playroom! There is also the possibility that the staff may yell at you, belittle you and make you cry.

Wir waren in den kleinen Bungalows untergebracht. Diese sind recht klein aber sehr neu und top in Schuss. Das Frühstück ist OK abet nichts Besonderes. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Pizzen im zugehörigen Restaurant sind gut.

Bei der Ankunft konnte man noch die Fingerspuren der Vorgänger am Schminkspiegel und der Glastüre deutlich erkennen. Beim Frühstück mussten wir jeden Morgen ca. 20 Minuten für eine Tasse Kaffee an dem völlig unterdimensionierten Kaffeeautomaten anstehen. Wir sind schon seit 2019 im Havelland Resort Gäste. Die Zimmeranzahl hat sich verdoppelt, der Kaffeeautomat blieb der Gleiche. Während der Wartezeit konnte man dann an beiden Tagen beobachten, wie die Pellegrinoflaschen an der Zapfanlage wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Die Zimmer wurden bisher täglich gereinigt, jetzt nur noch jeden zweiten Tag. Dies hat vermutlich etwas mit der Verdopplung der Zimmerzahl zu tun. Eine Rechnung konnte man nicht ausdrucken, da angeblich der Drucker defekt war. Dieser war bereits bei unserem Aufenthalt 2023 schon der Fall. Die per E-Mail angekündigte Rechnung ist drei Tage nach der Abreise immer noch nicht eingegangen. An der Rezeption, die einem einem vier Sterne Hotel nicht würdig war, wurde auf keinen Mangel eingegangen. Für den Aufenthalt 2023 mussten wir noch 119,00€ bezahlen, aktuell waren es 159,00E€ und für einen Aufenthalt im Juli 2024 sollten dann 199,00 € bezahlt werden. Wir werden uns nach sechs Jahren jetzt eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
