A localização é excelente com uma vista incrível sobre a Serra da Estrela. Quartos e zonas comuns são altamente confortáveis. A zona de SPA é fantástica, com piscina, sauna , banho turco e duche Vichy. Todo o hotel é ideal para crianças mas também para um retiro romântico ou apenas para descanso. Sobre o Restaurante, é incrível! …serviço e comida excepcionais. Comida regional mas não só! Com tudo isto, ainda somos recebidos por um Staff muito próximo e amável que nos fez sentir verdadeiramente em casa. Recomendo muito!!

Péssima experiência. Fui sábado de Carnaval e regressei hj terça feira. 3 noites com pequeno almoço paguei 319€. Mas não tinha condições nenhumas o quarto. Uma cama que era praticamente um colchão no chão e de má qualidade. Uma banheira sem tapete anti derrapante, o que é um perigo. A água sem força na banheira. Apenas o aquecimento era bom. O pequeno almoço é servido no hotel mas mt fraco, se fossemos um pouco mais tarde já faltava coisas. Mt, mt fraco para o preço que levam. 10€ por pessoa. A não repetir. !!!
