Shikinosato Kikuya

I stayed here for the first time after being introduced by a friend. I had high expectations since this inn had such good reviews, but the hot springs, food, rooms, and service were just as good as the reviews said. The dishes, appearance, quantity, and taste are all very satisfying. It was an exquisite dish reminiscent of kaiseki cuisine, with a wide variety of small portions served. The hot springs had a faint smell of sulfur, and both the indoor and outdoor baths were nice. I was satisfied with the customer service, as the employees spoke politely and provided detailed explanations. I really felt that this was a highly rated inn. I would like to use it again as a repeat customer next time.

Kikuya has been taking care of me for over 15 years. The food is very delicious, and there are three separate hot spring baths in each room, so you can spend a relaxing and luxurious time forgetting about everyday life. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00, so you can really relax. I couldn't come last year because Kikuya was damaged by heavy rains and was closed, but now that it's open again, I couldn't be happier to be able to come again. A variety of dinner dishes that are also delicious to the eyes, mainly using wild vegetables. Local ingredients. (In addition to local vegetables, there are seafood from Iwafune fishing port, branded Asahi pork, Shibata beef, etc.) Also, the dishes on which they are served are wonderful, so I look forward to the meal. In addition to the food, the Koshihikari rice from Sekigawa is very delicious, and although I don't usually get second helpings, the edamame miso soup and rice bowl for breakfast are so delicious that I end up having multiple second helpings.

ここ数年何回かお邪魔しているのですが、料理、お風呂、スタッフさんの対応、お部屋の感じなど全てパーフェクトです。 料理は山菜好きにはたまらない山菜料理の数々、どれも美味しくペロリとたいらけちゃいます。 また、メインの料理は肉と魚から選べ、またそれも楽しみです。 お風呂は内風呂、部屋付き露天風呂とも源泉かけ流しだそうで、何回も入りほっこりしてます。 スタッフの方々も親しみやすい中でも丁寧な対応で心地がいいです。 また、ここに来ることを目標にしてひひの仕事頑張れます。

数年ぶりの大雪となった２０２５年３月１日まだまだ雪が残る中、家族３人で鷹山亭にお邪魔しました。 今年１月にリニューアルされたばかりの部屋は、玄関に入ると新しい木の香りに包まれて、またまた期待が高まりました。 川を眺めながら食事が出来るダイニングテーブルとソファーセット付きのリビング セミダブルベッド２台の寝室　どちらにも大きなテレビが有りビックリ。 もう一部屋は和室で、こちらにもテレビが！ 喜久屋さんは本当に凄い。三世代で来ても大丈夫ですね。ずっとお籠りしたくなります。 温泉は内湯タイプで窓越しに景色も見れますし、開放したら半露天気分になれます。 湯量の調節で簡単に好みの温度に出来るのが良いです。 晩御飯はいつも通り大変美味しく、ヘルシープランにしたら量的にもぴったりで、佐渡産牡蠣のみぞれ鍋も最高でした。 インスタフォローでワンドリンクサービスや、ハッピーアワーでお得にお酒も楽しみ、良い週末を過ごせました。 毎回思いますが、また直ぐに行きたくなるお宿です。

妻にちょっと早めのバレンタインズプレゼントとして喜久屋さんを訪問しました。 連日の最強寒波の影響はそこまで感じず、温かいお部屋で柔らかなお湯とゆったり流れる時間を堪能しました。 お部屋でいただく食事は絶品山菜尽くし。やっとの思いで食べ切りました。もう少し若ければコシアブラご飯を何度もおかわりしたかったなーと。 お篭もりに最適です。雪見風呂最高でしたが、また違う季節にくると四季おりおりの風景が堪能できるんでしょうね。 またよろしくお願いします！

年に数回、宿泊させて頂いてます。１１月の紅葉の見頃少し過ぎた時でしたが、まだまだ綺麗でした。岩船産コシヒカリ新米🍚やはり美味しかったです。帰りは岩船産コシヒカリを買って帰りました。 それと嬉しかった事が、１つ。 前回 ９月に宿泊した時、ピアスをどこで落としたのかわからなかったから、諦めていたので、宿に連絡もしなかったのですが、中居さんが、見つけてくださり とっておいてくれました。 水害で、３室のみでの営業から１月より待ちに待った２部屋が、リニューアルオープンしました。時期をみて、新しいお部屋に宿泊したいです。楽しみが、１つ増えました
