Good and friendly receptionists at front counter. Water dispenser available at lobby. There’s also snacks like biscuits at lobby available. Hot coffee available at lobby in the morning and sometimes got orange flavoured drink in the day. Rooms are clean and aircon working well. Overall comfortable stay. Housekeeping staff efficient and friendly. Thank you Square hotel for the good service!

Nice location with walking distance to a mall that offer shopping, children indoor playground and cinema. Room cleanliness is acceptable but can be improved. We order a single bed + 1 king size bed.the king size bed is actually combine 2 single bed.

If only there is no step up to the basin & toilet will be good. Also there isn’t any shelf to put our shampoo & shower gel. All can only put on the toilet bowl.

The customer service was so great, they are very kind and I appreciate that. The room was smaller than what I expect, but for 2 people is just great. Definitely recommend and would come back again if I am shopping at the nearby shopping mall (Paradigm mall and Sutera mall). Just that the window is dusty which I didn’t want to pull up the curtain.

Location wise is really good, but parking is limited. The soundproof inside the hotel is very bad, can really hear everything inside the hotel.
