Best hotel in Skudai area. Have been staying here many times due to its convenience. Will definitely stay here again. Hotel is very clean and many restaurants nearby

Positive :
Good location, friendly front desk, clean bedsheet, spacious room for the price paid (Executive King room), room design is modern n minimalist. Lots of shopping, delish food, massage around
Negative :
Window can't close properly (spoiled handle), cracked shower head (but good strong water pressure with heater), bidet no head (like those on public toilet)

Upon check in required RM50 cash for deposit. As the hotel policy never written. Hotel room TV not functioning even ask the receptionist come to check. When you want to sleep at night the next building like have illegal ktv playing music. Soundproof very bad.

Hotel overall is great, especially with the price offered. With great designs, refreshments offered and amenities. But there's some downside to note, the audio system which hotel management play music/song, might interrupt your nap time. Another annoying thing is that in the back alley of the hotel, there's consistent lorry movement and some personnel (from the shop lot behind) shouting and knocking stuff.
Apart from that, the hotel is a good stay typically with the price offered.
To the hotel management: please consider providing an extra pillow and indoor slippers
