Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam.
Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way.
Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there.
With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much.
Plus point, hotel parking.

For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me.
Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting.
Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch.
Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.
Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.
BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.
Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

The room is very clean, and amenities are well provided.
Rooms equipped with TV (around 15 channels) and u can use iron and hair dryer upon request
Took breakfast package. It's served at the restaurant on GF. U can choose between nasi lemak or nasi/mee goreng set. U will get 1 meal. There are free flow toasts, cereals, side dishes (curry puffs n samosa) and fruits. Tea, coffee and juice too.
Location wise, quite strategic. Plenty of restaurant around, most are mamak. 24h 7eleven within 200m walk. Kipp Mall is just at the opposite road. Paradigm mall is very near, and you are just an exit away from main road.
Overall, value for money!

Quite new. Even 2storey this hotel have lift. Room quite small but practical. Comes with ID. Price can be cheaper with similar star as compared to KL, eg Puteri Ampang, Easy Hotel, Palm Inn all of them are stone away from Ampang Point shopping complex.

Room is considered clean but a little old. Some fittings are falling off. Should consider a renovation or do some proper maintenance. Mattress is very soft, some people may or may not like it.
Quite quiet at night, few eateries with good food and mini mart close by. Overall ok. Parking not difficult to get.
Would recommend for short stay.

BbelieveinmiraclesI've been to many hotels for staycation, but Hyatt Place will always be my number one favourite/preferred hotel to stay. It's a brand new hotel, but the customer service is fantastic because the staff takes pride in executing attention to details such as birthdays and anniversary dates.
We were quite disappointed last year towards the end of the year when there were no rooms available to check -in although we tried to book one month in advance!! I really love the customer experience that Hyatt Place have to offer. I've tried the breakfast, iftar and sahur menu, to which I really love it. Kudos to the Chef and his culinary team. In terms of facility and faculty, I believe that it can be improved, especially if could provide perhaps an in-house spa or sauna experience. Other than that, I love the outdoor swimming pool setting. It's spacious as well as well maintained. I feel safe and secured because of the security team and system implemented, only that the side entrance which leads to Paradigm Mall should be accessible for guests after midnight (at least) especially for late night movie goers.
Overall, Hyatt Place has delivered it's promise of an unforgettable customer experience. Would I recommend Hyatt Place to my family and friends, that's a definite yes in capital letters!!

GGuest User1. No water supply since 6am until checked out at 12pm, staff only mentioned they have reported to management. Have to keep going down if need to use the toilet. This is ridiculous, imagine you are paying a fee to brush your teeth and clean your face in public areas.
2. Have to wait for appx. 10 minutes for the cold water to turn warm before we can shower.
3. There are stains on bedsheets.
Others are generally ok except the above. The staffs are friendly. Even though they already provide 2 water bottles in the room, they also have a water filter at reception where you can refill your drinking water if needed.

EEmily22Friendly & efficient staff. Very fast and easy check in and check out process. Lobby area provides water dispenser. Lobby area also have orange drink and hot coffee provided in the morning time. Comfy seats and tables at the lobby too. Clean room, clean towels, clean sheets too. Shower room clean also, in built hair dryer for easy hair drying. Thank you for the free upgrade room n bed. Appreciated very much! I had a comfortable and happy stay there.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in need of some maintenance. The toilet bowl seat is not tightened. It's so uncomfortable sitting on it. The lamp hiding behind the mirror in the toilet has dropped out and wires are exposed. The window next door could seem from my room thus talking from them could be heard so clearly. The good thing is that the people here are really very friendly and nice.

JJ@mieLocation is great and there was a family mart just beside hotel but room aircon was spoilt . we were there to just sleep for a few hours and were too tired at 12;30am to change room . place is cost effective just for stop over .
door lock was also not working too well and we had to put the chair behind the door . spacious for a family of 4

AafiqaliyaFrequently stay here due to its location in Skudai & near to Senai airport. Decent hotel, clean room & toilet. However, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided. Each time I stay here (different rooms) always encounter problem with their water pressure (sink & shower) and leaking in toilet. The sound of pipe leakage at night really disturbing. Nevertheless the staff is responsive & putting efforts to accommodate guest needs.
