The location of the hotel, its open areas, restaurants and cafes were very adequate and beautiful. The gentlemen at the reception were very friendly. The waiters and waiters were all very warm people who did their jobs well. The only members of the animation team were the girls who didn't mind having hair removed from their noses, and I guess they thought they were at the hotel to show up. People are waiting for a smiling face and a hello. They wear sunglasses and walk without looking left or right. You ask something and they don't even hear it. I didn't want to make a negative comment, but I think it would be important for them to take into consideration because it's such an obvious thing. Other than that, everything was very nice and enjoyable. Thanks.

We went for our child to enter the pool, only half an hour in 4 days. The temperature of the pool is 27 degrees next to us, but it is cold, not suitable for children, other facilities are good

I went there with my family,it was the best vacation of my life!I didn’t wanna leave at all,felt like a second home to me.Everything was as I expected.The place,the hotel,the room,the food,the spa,the activities,the music,the amphitheater,the animation team.Everything was perfect!I met a few people there who really made my vacation much better(especially from the animation team),such as Jiji,Yaya and the DJ(I never knew his name,I dont think it was mentioned).The atmosphere was so chill and fun at the same time.I really had so much fun and forgot about every worry of mine.This experience really made me realise how beautiful life really is,and I hope other people feel like this too.I hope I will get to visit again!

Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in room-pretty basic imo One drinks machine for entire hotel at peak time (breakfast) causing an enormous queue whilst food gets cold No iron even on request?! No catering for allergies even after emailing a month before arriving Poor English and communication Terrible drinks choice-cocktails were just sugar and alcohol, no flavour and wine undrinkable even as a spritzer Uncomfortable sun loungers Most basic room I have stayed in ever No rep in the hotel any day of the week No way of booking experiences Scratchy blanket on bed, no proper duvet Location is secluded No serviettes at meals Knives blunt Pros: Clean Well maintained gardens Lovely views Not overcrowded Food decent Beach

everyone is very nice and friendly. Fethiye is very cute and has great communication skills with children. She is a perfect person. Evening shows are good and entertaining. Food was good and cleaning was good. Next year we wanna come back again . Thank you for everything Richmond ephesus
