Professional, helpful staff and exquisite facilities. Hotel restaurant is the best in town. Great spa facilities and pool. It is clear that a lot of attention has been given to every detail. This was one of the best stays we've ever experienced.

Great hotel with all the spa amenities you will enjoy. Food was good but there are a great deal of other restaurants in this quaint town that were just as good and better priced. The rooms are quite modern and roomy again no air conditioning or fans for the hot summer days as is with most hotels in Germany so you just walk down to the sea. Location was breathtaking overlooking the Baltic Sea. Plenty of parking and there is a good selection for breakfast.

A must visit destination for all holiday makers. When we visited it was cold and chilly so would suggest warmed months but very beautiful place. Enjoyable to go with teenage children like we did for a long weekend

Ein schönes Hotel mit feinem Essen und einer 1A Lage auf der Insel Rügen. Wir schreiben diesen Kommentar aber besonders wegen dem Erlebten beim Abendessen. Wir glauben, dass wir noch nie von so einem starken Kellner bedient worden sind; wir sind der Meinung er heißt Uwe mit Vornamen und ist sicher nicht der jüngste Mitarbeiter im Hause. Sein Service; seine Dienstleistung; seine Art sich auszudrücken...wow; unglaublich! An solchen Dienstleistern kann man sehen, dass Dienstleistung halt nicht "just a job" sondern "professional" ist. Wir beglückwünschen die Hoteldirektion zu diesem Mann...wir kommen selber aus der Hotellerie und hätten ihn am Liebsten mitgenommen! Viele Grüße Ehepaar Murcia Garcia

Wir waren wiederholt im Hotel Bernstein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und vom fleißigen Personal verwöhnen lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Küche und das ich unbeschwert glutenfrei speisen konnte, da das Personal sehr gut ausgebildet ist und die Küche sich super darauf einstellt. Hier kann man vorallem auch im Winter die Seele baumeln lassen. Herrlich der Blick auf das Meer, sie Appartements sind sehr schön gemütlich eingerichtet.

Ein phantastisches Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee vom Zimmer und auch aus dem Restaurant. 2 Sonnenterrassen. Essen klasse , 1+ , viel mehr geht nicht, reichlich Auswahl, viele Kombinationsmöglichkeiten, HP super lecker und große Portionen. Zimmer auch schön groß, mit Balkon und Minibar. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Unterstände für Fahrräder und auch Ladestation. Personal / Servicemitarbeiter immer freundlich, bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wunderbarer Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Wir hatten mit der ganzen Familie einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Das Personal ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend und stets sehr freundlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Kurz- Urlaub mit der Familie im Januar 2026.

Es war wieder wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber, das Bad auch. 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser und 1 Flasche Apfelschorle aus der Minibar sind grundsätzlich im Preis enthalten. Die Betten sind bequem, nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart, auch bei mehr Gewicht. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, die besten weich gekochten Eier ever, auch Extrawünsche, wie Spiegelei, Omelett, andere Kaffeespezialitäten (steht beim Frühstück auf der Karte) sind ohne Extrakosten erhältlich. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, man merkt, dass das Haus familiengeführt ist. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal im Wellnessbereich ist auch 1a. Uns fehlt eigentlich nur noch der Whirlpool, dann wäre alles perfekt.
