Room not maintained. Wifi is super slow. No inhouse media entertainment. Unable to watch tv since need to connect to wifi. Curtain needs to fix. Next door room made sound so loud till 2am.
Despite that, the rooftop cafe is super great for ootd.

This hotel rejects free cancelation. What a dishonest hotel. Highly not recommended.
There are better reputable hotel out there.

I would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too.

The concept and interior of the hotel and the rooms are good, but because the hotel is located in a humid area, regular maintenance and air circulation are needed in each room, so that mold and musty odors do not grow.

But to get to the check in place..it is not written which door to go through..
A bit dark & a bit confusing
The soap holder is broken
The TV is almost broken so the color is different & not pleasant to watch
