Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic and nice view from our room. Breakfast is nice and everything was good.

Although the weather is hot, there is basically no need for mosquito repellent lamps in the room. Service: The housekeeper will confirm our needs to go back and forth to the town every day, and he is very serious and responsible. The puppies in the resort are also very cute. The housekeeper said that they were originally wild, but now that they live here, the staff will help take care of them. The puppies are very friendly. Nothing beats this location if you’re visiting Semporna. The easiness of going straight to your room after a whole day of soaking in the sea. Got a seaview of 4th floor which is nice. Slept soundly at night, no problem with noises. Elevator was a bit small but not a problem. Standard hotel room and bath, nothing impressive. Staff helped with airport transfer. All in all will stay here again.

This homestay is an independent cabin with a swimming pool in the yard, which is very beautiful. The owner is Chinese and can speak Chinese. The communication is very smooth and considerate. It is a little far from Semporna town. If you want to go there, the owner will send a driver to pick you up. You can also make reservations to the airport or the pier, which is very convenient. Breakfast is a simple meal, all freshly made. It is relatively fresh and good. You can consult the owner if you have any questions in Semporna. He is super nice and has adopted a kitten. It is a very pleasant accommodation experience. Because the environment is relatively primitive, there will be many mosquitoes and small animals. It is normal to appear in the house. Bring mosquito repellents to be more comfortable. I hope the boss's business will be prosperous!

The room is big enough, the hygiene is good, the manager can speak Chinese, the hotel arranges a good island hopping tour, I booked three days but stayed for two days, wasted one day's money, the hotel does not refund. So you should check the hotel carefully before booking, otherwise it will be a waste. Overall, it is good,

Great stay! Though the cleaner may have missed to leave a roll of toilet paper or it's not provided at all? Suggestion to offer at least a bottle of water which is common when booking a room and they can just add that to the total price! Still a great stay and highly recommended.

Very beautiful forest manor, the reception is large and open, it is very comfortable to sit and drink. The place where we live is a white townhouse, divided into several blocks, hidden in the lush and huge tropical plants, the room is very clean, the bathroom is quite large and well-equipped. It happened to rain, sitting on the porch and listening to the rain is really cozy, there is a big umbrella at the door of each room, it is very interesting to go to breakfast and walk in the manor with an umbrella when it rains. There are really more insects in the natural ecological place, and there are also cute animals, a puppy guarding the yard🐕, a litter of kittens living under the lobby floor, and a bird speaking Malay in the forest. The boss speaks very good Chinese, is very nice and responsive, and also invites you to drink. If you order island hopping at their house, they will provide pier pick-up, and it would be even better if there is a shuttle bus every day. The sea plus the forest, full of good mood👍

The water house is about 20 minutes away from the town. After arriving, there will be special water house staff to help carry luggage and check in. There is a store manager sister who can speak Chinese. She is super nice, so the baby who doesn't speak the language can rest assured. Because the water house has just opened not long ago, the entire facility is relatively new. There is no problem with the sanitary environment. There are 4 meals a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. The taste of the food is more domestic, so you won't be uncomfortable. You can see the clear sea every day when you wake up. It's very quiet and comfortable, which makes people especially relaxed! It really exceeded expectations!
