Overall, the location of this hotel is advantageous. It is not far from the pier. For tourists who want to go island hopping, it is convenient to go to and from the pier. Next to it is the mosque. You can hear the long bells in the early morning, which is a unique atmosphere. You can see the sunrise when you get up early. Facilities: It is a standard express hotel configuration. Don't choose if you pursue high-end facilities, but it is acceptable if you are looking for cost-effectiveness and simply looking for a place to rest. The hygiene is satisfactory, not too dirty and messy, and the basic cleaning is done, but the details such as dust and water stains in the corners are not particularly fine. Service: The service is what I want to complain about the most! I came back from island hopping at 5 pm and was so tired. The hotel said that the room was not ready and asked me to wait for another hour. This efficiency is really bad. What's more, I was urged to check out at 11:30 am the next day, but the reservation form clearly stated that I would check out at 2 pm. After communication, there was no flexible handling, which greatly reduced the experience. The flexibility of service and the execution of orders really need to be improved!
