The hotel is very clean!!! The boss from Northeast China is very enthusiastic. We booked the sea diving and other activities directly with the boss. It is a blessing for lazy people. The experience is great. The location is very close to the pier, just a few minutes walk away, very convenient. I made an appointment with the boss to come again next time! There is also a Xiaomi big TV!!! There is no need to convert the plug for charging, so touching🥰

Very good small town B&B. Don't expect star-rated hotels like those in big cities in Semporna. As long as you manage your expectations well, you will be very satisfied. The hygiene is good in the small town. It is newly renovated and very close to the pier and the town center. It is especially worth mentioning that the boss is a big brother from Northeast China. He is very nice and will help answer various travel questions in advance. He will provide a lot of help after checking in. I didn't get a yacht, so the big brother helped me book the yacht ticket through his own connections, which was cheaper than booking online. When I couldn't get a taxi from the pier, the big brother drove to pick me up. Chinese people can't go wrong if they book this.

I recommend this place to everyone. It's very good. It's clean and hygienic, not far from the town. It's quiet and clean. The boss and housekeeper are Chinese, very friendly. You can ask for any needs, and they will try their best to solve them.

The price is cheap, the room is new and clean. You don't have any other requirements in this town. The water villa I stayed in the next few days was also terrible, expensive and poor. The price during the Spring Festival is almost the same as that in Maldives, but the facilities, services and food are not even one-tenth of those in Maldives. Semporna is just a small broken town. Don't have any illusions about it. It should be hyped up by the Chinese. Basically no people from other countries come here. I don't recommend coming to Semporna.

I chose this hotel based on the ratings on Ctrip, so I had high expectations. As soon as I arrived, I felt the environment was average. It was a distance from the town and the travel pier. The road was very dirty, and it was inconvenient to eat and shop. The front desk guy (a Chinese employee) took me to the room and didn't explain anything. He didn't tell me the wifi password, and there was no hair dryer or hanger. The room was very small, and I couldn't even put my suitcase through the road. The bed was a disaster, just a spring plane, without any comfort at all, and seriously inconsistent with the description. I was found to have stayed in an ordinary room at a high price, and the store owner (Chinese boss) was unwilling to coordinate or compensate for the price difference. The whole experience was extremely bad, and I wanted to return to China overnight. Please be cautious if you are considering staying here...
