Good location near the Seafest jetty. Decent hotel with decent sized rooms. Nice sunset view from the room window. However, the rooms are quite old and the air conditioner is not cold at all. Otherwise the shower water pressure is great. The breakfast buffet has limited options and the food is below average. The egg counter gives pre-cooked eggs instead of made-to-order

The room is very cozy and the cabin is very unique. It's my first time staying in such a place. It's much better than I thought! The manor is decorated with many colorful objects and flowers. It can be seen that it is carefully maintained. I personally feel that taking pictures here is very good. There is also a free shuttle bus every day, which is much more convenient.

One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store. With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

Great location, although it may be a bit noisy during evening time due to the bars near by. Room size is good for me, as a solo traveller, even with a huge luggage. And as I dive every day during my stay, balcony is a plus to drive and hang my equipments. And I’m happy with re mattress. There’s no fridge in the room - but I guess it’s the same in all hotels in that area.

We enjoy our stay in Summer Holiday. 10-min walking distance to the peak and all the dive shops. It’s good to keep some distance from the peak as the area there is a bit crowded and untidy. This hostel is tidy and clean. The staff clean the room every day. There’s a share balcony with provided clips/clothes hangers to dry the clothes.

Wow, what a venture of paying money just to encounter all the bad experiences that all the ex-guests have submitted. Guys! We can really be confirmed that all the bad reviews below are true! 1. Poor service - Transport is late for one hour to the resort with no explanation and apologizes. The room is not completed with the toiletries and we need to take towel ourselves at counter. There is no toilet paper, you need to clean after yourself with water bucket. 2. Staff not friendly - Our standard is quite low, We don't expect smiles from staff, especially if they work overtime with low pay at Malaysia. But...the staff at Lato Lato are really not friendly at all, we can even say they are rude, for example, every time before we open our mouth (it's not even about complaints or requests), their face already turns to sour, and the replied they gave is often one word with little but no explanation. If we want to seek more explanation, their face turns more sour, signalling that they are unwilling to tell you more. 3. Broken and poor facilities - Our balcony rooftop has many huge holes on it. The wooden bridges have holes to them. You can only shower with a bucket of cold water. 4. Not a secure place - windows cannot be closed as the lock is spoiled. Our windows are being forced open when we go out for our island hopping trip. Luckily no item has been stolen as we have brought all our valuable things with us to the islands. 5. Free breakfast, lunch and dinner? more like foods that are provided to beggers. Food prepared is not enough for the number of people check-in to the hotel. Although there are timing given to breakfast, lunch and dinner, be prepared to arrive early before the given timing as the food portion are limited and you need to fight for the food or else and it will be gone very fast. No re-fill after the food is finished. Imagine if you didn't manage to eat and your stomach will be empty for few hours. Food variations are the same for everyday too. 6. Dangerous - during one of the night of our stay, the wind and rain were so strong that the whole chalet was moving. We was wondering how to escape if the resort don't have any transport at night. In the morning we saw one of the in-progress chalet has been stumbled to the ground.

It's OK for a short stay. It's convenient to eat downstairs. There are simple Malay meals and seafood restaurants downstairs. It's about 500 meters to Semporna Pier. There is a small shop opposite the hotel that sells good juice.

This is the only holiday home that we stayed and miss it even after we come home. Very clean room and beddings. The room we booked has an additional door that opens to the back corridor, and there are hangers for drying clothes which comes very useful especially after a day trip island hopping. There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The tv at the hall makes the place very homey. Location is only a few steps to the jetty, and eatery places, pharmacy and 7-11 all nearby. Highly recommend Juno's Place.

Booked through Agoda , roughly rm75++ per person per night which include breakfast, just no soundproof, we stayed at 3rd floor , can hear the band singing at night , and in the morning cat meow , loud music blasting . Breakfast selection ok , we joined the day trip tour by this hotel , rm263 per person for 2 days island hopping which is mabul & kapalai, the other day is bohey dulang , mantabuan island and sibuan island , the tour guides cum divers were helpful which was udin and nasim, the other day guide hutam was good 👍🏻 except one janggut guide was so into himself traveling and never really take care of us . So depends on which guide you have on your boat to take you around for day trip .. overall ok for 3 nights stay , got elevator , water bottle , travel shampoo
