Business Hotels in Sendai

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

The hotel is very quiet and the service staff is very patient and friendly. If you come to shop, it is very suitable to stay here. There are several large shopping malls nearby selling all kinds of discounted brand-name clothing and shoes. The hotel also has many dining options, including Chinese food, Western food, teppanyaki, etc. There are also many restaurants and desserts in the mall, which is a perfect holiday choice.

Good distance from Sendai Station, Clean hotel, Limited choice of amenities. Overall is good for the price.

The hotel is a certain distance from Sendai Station. Although it is very close to Hirose Dori Subway Station, you need to transfer at Sendai Station. The transfer time is about the same as the walking time to the hotel. It is okay if you walk on the pedestrian street (Figure 3). There is a 7-11 downstairs of the hotel, and Mitsukoshi Department Store is diagonally opposite to the right. There are few tourists in the mall, and e-pancakes are free to buy without restrictions. Sendai Morning Market (Figure 2) is close to Sendai Station. It is a very short street. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry. Large bathhouse: You can scan the TV in the room to see how many people are in the bathhouse

There were no non-smoking rooms available when I booked so there's nothing I can do. The corridor on level 9 do have the smell of stale cigarette smoke but inside the room is fine. The air purifier in the room isn't working well exactly but overall the room facilities are still decent. I had a comfortable stay of four nights.

I am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have traveled to Japan many times and stayed at the Richmond Hotel for the first time. After staying for six days and five nights, we decided that we would choose this brand first wherever we go in Japan! Let me share with you the following points: 1. It is very close to the station. You can reach the door within five minutes of walking with your suitcase after exiting the station. There is a FamilyMart convenience store next to the first floor. I really like the simple and elegant feeling of the entrance on the first floor of the hotel. 2. We booked a double room, which was of medium size. The room equipment was well maintained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. When we walked out of the elevator, we felt the air quality was good. The entire corridor to the outside of the room door also felt very comfortable. 3. We lingered over breakfast and midnight snacks. The food was delicious and the service staff made us feel at home. We sincerely thank them. 4. The cleaning service staff will not make people feel intrusive, and they will have a good attitude when meeting people in the corridor, and will not make people feel uneasy (I personally attach great importance to this)
