This time I came to Kai Akiyu to experience hot springs and enjoy delicious food. The beautiful scenery outside the room is really unforgettable. The bed is facing the large window and you can see the trees outside the window. The green color reflects in the sunlight and produces various sheens. It can be said to be a feast for the body, mind, and vision. I will definitely visit here if I have the chance!

The most disappointing thing was that the meal for my child in the upper grades of elementary school was the adult meal. When I asked about it when the meal was being served, I was told that "If you had told us at the time of reservation, we could have changed it to the lunch meal." However, when I looked at the overview of the hotel's reservation site, it was very difficult to understand, and the explanation was unhelpful because you had to click on a link to see the warnings, so even though there were three adults who checked it, none of them noticed it. By the way, I also looked at the mobile site, but there was not even a warning written there. Since other inns we had stayed at before had taken care of children's meals, we assumed that your hotel would also serve children's meals. In addition, there was even an aperitif with the children's meal, which I couldn't believe my eyes. Although we were able to stop it just before our child was about to drink it, we were shocked by the lack of consideration. Moreover, there was an explanation of drinks in the room, and we were asked whether or not the aperitif was available, but there was no explanation that the aperitif would be served to children at that time. To be honest, they should have asked whether or not to serve aperitif to children at that point, and since they obviously couldn't drink it, I think it would be fine to change the drink. That night, my child got sick because he had eaten something he was not used to, and he had to go to the bathroom many times during the night. As a result, he was sleep deprived, and the child and his mother were late for breakfast, but the breakfast waiter's attitude was terrible. He didn't greet us as soon as we entered the room, and was unfriendly. When he asked about the two people who were late, he asked, "Didn't you call out to them?" Even when we explained the situation, he looked sullen. Moreover, when he asked what kind of food we wanted for the two people who were late, even though we said we wanted rice porridge for the adults, he immediately put down white rice and left the room. We certainly caused them trouble, but is it okay to show it in our attitude and facial expression? The room was small for three adults and three children, and it was the farthest room from the elevator even though we had children. When we left the hotel, there were several employees at the front desk, but it was unfortunate that not one of them warmly greeted us even though we had a lot of luggage. We had a lot of luggage with us because we had children, and when we arrived they volunteered to help carry our luggage, but when we left they turned a blind eye. Isn't hospitality supposed to end when you see your guests off? Looking for a fun family trip, three adults looked into various hotels and inns in Akiu and decided on your high-class hotel, which had the best reputation and reviews, but unfortunately it seemed like the price and service did not match up. We will never go there again.
