Very clean and tidy. The touch-less check in service is convenient. The lockers for luggage storing are very thoughtful.

The hotel is located at the city center with metro and bus stops nearby. It is connected to JR Sendai Train Station with a busy shopping arcade which takes 15 minutes walk. There are convineance stores and supermarkets along the way. All kinds of eateries can be found in the catchment area.
It offers self check in and outs. Coin operated washing machines are provided on site. Though the space and amenities provided were average, it's cleanliness was quite good.

Honestly it’s a bit far from the JR Sendai station ! Otherwise it’s a good location with all the eats and beautiful parks . I love thé TV comes with YouTube access!

I have stayed at this brand of hotel in Nagoya before, so this time I chose again, it lived up to expectations, the quality is better than Nagoya; although the location is about 15 minutes walk from Sendai JR Station, but you walk along the shopping street from JR West Exit, you will arrive quickly without knowing it. The shopping street has many convenience stores, drugstores, 100/300 yen, restaurants, etc., which is very convenient. When I left, we got downstairs and turned to the left to take the bus to Sendai JR station, super praise! Also, the Napoleon burger pasta at the restaurant downstairs from the hotel is also sincerely recommended hi!
